Architecture

  • Conceptual phase, from meeting clients to actually develop an idea for the project.
  • Building Design, Processing the design of the actual project from plans, circulation, façade design, vertical and horizontal movement.
  • Interior Design, Designing the little details in projects, or existing spaces, to make it have a clear identity.

Facility management

  • Reviewing service proposals contracts related to facility projects and negotiating pricing.
  • Managing performance under contract related to facility projects.
  • Maintenance, process of following up problems in any facility and make sure of side effects.
  • Repairing: processing to repair any problem in the facility and make sure it's done in the best way possible.
  • Cleaning, make sure of the property of the facility and that every area is presented in the best way possible.
  • Security, make sure of the safety of the client’s facility during days off and night hours according to agreement.
  • Energy Efficiency, Make sure that the energy of your facility is put into good use and that the waste of energy from fuel, electricity is minimized to zero.
